MILD STEELS - FLUX CORED WIRES (FCAW)
Rutile type flux cored wire with fast-freezing slag. Especially designed for production welds in shipbuilding and steel construction. Owing to its easily controllable weld pool, electrode is well suited for positional welding with higher currents, resulting in increased deposition rates. Particularly suited for welding in the horizontal-vertical position, e.g. in tank welding. Electrode of 1.2 mm in diameter is also suitable for vertical-down welding. Low spatter loss, easy slag removal, finely ripped pore-free welds blending into base metal without undercut.

MILD STEELS - FLUX CORED WIRES (FCAW)
Rutile type flux cored electrode with enhanced filling degree. Particularly designed for shipbuilding applications, especially for vertical up welding, even without waving the torch. Suitable for welding metal constructions in single and multipass technique. Due to it's easily contollable weld pool, it exhibits outstanding welding properties. It can be welded in all positions with setting the parameters only once (for 1.2 mm, 24 volts, wire feeding speed 9 m/min) The enhanced filling degree results in increased current carrying capacity and deposition rate, thus essentially increasing welding speed and leading to a saving of time and costs. Low spatter loss, easy slag removal, smooth and finely rippled welds without undercutting into the base metal.

MILD STEELS - FLUX CORED WIRES (FCAW)
Slagless metal powder cored electrode with outstanding welding properties in the short-arc and spray arc range.Almost spatter-free when welding in the spray-arc range. Good restriking, even with cold wire tip, thus being suitable for robot application. Characteristic features; high deposition rate and welding speed, good side wall fusion, finely rippled welds, without undercutting into the base metal, not even on contaminated or corroded metal surfaces. Little formation of silicates on weld surface, so that multi-pass welds can be made without cleaning. Due to it's easily controlable weld pool in the short-arc range, FCW 21 is well-suited for root-and positional welding and gap bridging.

MILD STEELS - FLUX CORED WIRES (FCAW)
The basic characteristic flux cored wire giving high mechanical property having weld metal. As it has high mechanical properties, It can be used in butt welding of pressured vessel and boiler, storage tanks, pressurized pipes, steel construction and ships. Also it can be used as buffering layers for hardfacing of low weldability and hich carbon containing steels. While welding it has a clear, nonporous weld pool and have high X-Ray quality.

MILD STEELS - FLUX CORED WIRES (FCAW)
Basic type flux cored wire for welding single or multi-pass on structural steel construction in all positions. Weld metal exhibits high mechanical properties and produces tough welded joints even at low temperatures (-40 °C). Due to it's high crack resistance, especially suitable when welding steels having higher carbon content and buffer layer for hardfacing applications. Easy slag removal and pore-free welds.
